Funky Moves Dance Studio – How to enrol
You can enrol by:
- Attending a sign on day (see timetable below)
- Downloading the form below and mailing form and payment to Nina (see below for details)
Sign on days for Funky Moves Dance Studio
Lismore – Saturday the 2nd February from 12.00pm – 3.00pm at 296 Molesworth St – Multitask Hall – Lismore – next to Toyota just off Bruxner HWY
Byron Bay - Saturday the 2nd of February from 9.00am – 11.00am @ Unit 4, 102 Centennial Ct, Byron Bay
Clunes - Saturday the 2nd of February from 3.00pm – 4.30pm at the Clunes Coronation Hall – Walker St Clunes
Please bring enrollment form filled out for registration. Full fees plus enrollment fees are due at sign on! I will have EFTPOS, or you can pay by cheque or cash.
Cheques should be made payable to “Funky Moves Dance Studio”. It is advisable to attend the sign on day so we can better determine what classes would be appropriate for your child and it’s also good to meet the teachers!!

You can enroll by downloading the form and filling in the appropriate information and sending to Funky Moves Dance Studio – Enrolments, 28 Caniaba Cresent, Suffolk Park NSW, 2481 along with your $15.00 enrolment fee to cover insurance and admin costs.
