Kirsten Lee Clarke has been an independent dance artist since 2002.
She completed her dance training at the Northern Rivers Conservatorium Arts Centre Inc. obtaining Certificate II & IV in Dance, and continues her training in the Cecchetti Method of classical ballet.
Kirsten has worked with Michael Hennessey and NORPA as a dancer in Taut, The Dream and Big Feet Little Feet. She was head ballet teacher at the NRCAC Inc. and the principal of her own dance school based in the Federal and Bangalow communities.
Her focus has been on bringing dance to the wider community through involvement in community events and festivals such as The Fatherhood Festival and Splendour in the Grass where both she and her students have performed.
When it comes to teaching, Kirsten is passionate about sharing her love of dance in a nurturing environment.
