Currently I continue to train students in the Cecchetti Method of Classical Ballet, and have students training up to an
Intermediate Level. I also continue teaching Classical Ballet technique to students with commitment to the principles of Cecchetti
in the local area.
From the age of three years, I have trained in the Cecchetti Method of Classical Ballet. Attained an Intermediate qualification and studied an Advance Syllabus.
During my years in the UK, I taught classes to several age groups at a school of one hundred and fifty pupils.
In Australia, I have taught in a Company in Byron Bay, Vision Dance Studio, where I was Classical Ballet Mistress.
More recently I have been involved in teaching the Cecchetti Ballet Syllabus for local teachers and organizations in the Northern Rivers area. From 1994 to 2008, my pupils have achieved Commended to Highly Commended and Honours results for their work. Several of my older dedicated pupils have now left for other schools – Sydney, New Zealand, Dresden and Vienna as well as Perth, Hamburg and New York.
